DRILLING
Drilling metal of various types and compositions is our oldest line of business. From chrome-nickel alloys to titanium- from tube plates to filter plates. Extensive and specialized machinery enable us to implement even difficult machining operations precisely and quickly. Competent operation, pinpointed adjustment and CNC-controlled precision ensure that you can put your project in our hands.
CAROUSEL TURNING
If the working radius of the workpiece is of a suitable size turning operations can also be carried out in the Schneider Drilling Center. Pipe plates, flanges, and other rotationally symmetric components can be manufactured in this way. Your projects are processed with the utmost precision and diligence.
MILLING
We have the possibility to machine your workpieces by milling. Even complex productions are no problem for us at the Schneider Drilling Center on modern 5-axis machining centers – of course with minimal tolerances and quick & clean execution.
