The main intended use of our modern deep drilling machines is, of course, in the range of especially deep and at the same time highly accurate drilling. Surfaces of Ra <0,8µm and tolerances of 0,05mm are possible.

We have the possibility to machine your workpieces by milling. Even complex productions are no problem for us at the Schneider Drilling Center on modern 5-axis machining centers, of course with minimal tolerances and quick & clean execution.

If the working radius of the workpiece is of a suitable size, turning operations can also be carried out in the Schneider Drilling Center. Pipe plates, flanges, and other rotationally symmetric components can be manufactured in this way. Your projects are processed with the utmost precision and diligence.
